Our specialty is buying vacant land. The way this works is once you get in contact with us, we will begin a conversation about your land. We want to hear your story and what you need from us. We then take about a day to make some calls to the county and come up with an offer. If you have any unpaid tax on the land, we will factor that in, and in most cases, we will be able to pay your tax bill for you. After signing a few documents and closing through a third-party title agency you will be sent a check for the agreed purchase price. This usually takes about 2-3 weeks.

After we have purchased the land, we make an assessment to determine if we can build on it. If everything checks out, we work with various contractors to complete the build which we then sell. If we determine we cannot build on the land, we sell it to someone with a different vision of what do with it.
