We are a veteran-owned and operated small business that focuses on helping people sell their land quickly and with zero hassle. We started out with the goal of buying a house for me and my family to live in, but after seeing how unaffordable the housing market had become we decided to look at other paths. That’s when we discover how affordable and realistic it was to just buy land and build a home on top of it.

After learning first hand how easy it was we made the decision to start Horton Family Patriot Development. We started this company with two goals: to help people sell their land for a profit, and when possible, build affordable houses on that land. We believe that by pursuing these two goals we can improve communities and help more people achieve the American Dream.
